DRAWING-BASED MODEL

Temporary works layout from R2
Method R0 & engineer-specified removal sequence

The first bracing level has perimeter walers, five longitudinal and four transverse strut lines, with knee braces at corners and ends. UPPER / LOWER members run in different directions within the same level. The U-shaped SD-6 platform rests on sleeper beams and floor joists. As clarified by the engineer through the project owner, removal proceeds zone by zone from the far end: sheet piles → platform → king posts, retaining the entrance bridge as the excavator's final working position.

01 / CAST IN PLACE

Build the tank in place, section by section

Excavate and place blinding → reinforcement and formwork → king post blockouts → cast slab → cast R-wall to EL −2.00 m → sand backfill and lean concrete closure → remove bracing → extend R-wall to existing ground level.

Drawing details and illustrative elements

Temporary steel layouts and main levels follow the PDFs. Tank sections, reinforcement, formwork and the local deep pit illustrate cast-in-place construction. Internal partitions, piping and the tank roof are outside this document set.
